Holidays in South Tyrol – Good to know

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass you can enjoy a number of services for free or at discounted prices:

• Free use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol


• Free rides on selected cable cars in South Tyrol


• Free entrance to more than 80 museums in South Tyrol

• For cancellations up to the 15th day prior to your arrival, you will only be charged your initial deposit.
• For cancellations from the 14th day until 1 day before your arrival we will charge 80% of the total amount.
• In case of cancellations on the arrival day, no-shows, late arrivals or earlier departure you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

The price doesn’t include the local city tax of Euro 3,40 per person/day (children under 14 years are exempt). This will be charged on site and is not included in your final price.

Our reception is open to help with all your requests and queries from 7:30 – 21:00.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our rooms.

Small dogs (up to 15 kg) might be granted access upon request and only in some rooms. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining areas, sunbathing areas and throughout the wellness facilities. Our housekeeping team will be happy to provide you with a blanket or basket for your room.
Price per day without food: EUR 20,00

All suits and rooms are available for occupancy from approx. 15:00. Please let reception know, if you’re planning on arriving after 18:00.
Info for half board: If you arrive late, you’ll still be able to get our full menu until 20:30. If you arrive after 20:30, we will arrange a cold plate for your dinner.

On arrival please ring the bell at the barrier and you will be allocated to a parking space.

We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 on the day of departure.

You can use our spa area until 4 p.m. on the day of departure at no extra charge. We kindly ask you to settle the room bill by 11 a.m. anyway, and you will receive new, active key cards from us. The key cards and wellness bags must be returned to reception before departure.

Since we have a flexible pricing system, today you will book at the lowest available price. We’ll be happy to freeze this price for the next 3 days.

If you want, you can also pay the full amount of your stay in advance. You can pay either on site with EC, credit card or in cash. We don’t accept American Express + Diners Club.
